From our Head Office in North Yorkshire we run a busy working Commercial Finance practice and have a team of ten highly experienced Broker - Consultants and support staff who are all dedicated to the Brokerplan initiative and in supporting our chosen Partners to achieve business success.
Working with us under the Brokerplan Program you will be offering your clients access to a very broad range of essential 'Core' Financial Services and Innovative Products. These are sourced and delivered from over 200 UK based Partner Lenders with whom we have developed very strong , high level working relationships.
The services we provide cover Commercial and Business Loans and Property Mortgages , Development Finance , Asset Leasing, Invoice Finance , General Business Loans and Grants to name but a few. In addition to our Core Services we have an extensive range of complimentary Ancillary Services which also provide valuable fee and commission income and which allow us to provide complete and comprehensive Business Financial Support to our clients.
The demand for these services within the UK Small - Medium size Business community ( SME's ) is very strong and growing as the issues experienced within the UK Finance Industry (and particularly the High Street Banking groups) over recent years are well documented. Current legislation and FSA rules dictate that all High Street lenders will have significanlty ' muted ' appetites to lend to SME's for the forseeable future which in turn greatly increases the demand for our services to deliver funding support from alternative providers.
We derive our income from Commissions paid to us by our Lender Partners for introducing good quality business which meet their criteria and also from fees we charge directly to our clients for providing our services and Consultancy Support. Fee income from a case does obviously vary dependent on the case type and size but an ' average' Commercial project will deliver fee income in the range £2K to £8K and each year we manage a growing number of cases which will each net in excess of £25 K in fee income. The Brokerplan Program offers you the opportunity to become actively involved in this market and to enjoy market leading Commission earnings from successfully closed cases.

The Brokerplan Business Proposition
The Brokerplan business proposition has been developed and launched to help us expand our business throughout the UK in a controlled and managed way leveraging the extensive experience, knowledge base and intellectual property that we possess.
Through the Brokerplan programme we seek to Partner with a limited number of like minded individuals or other professional practices who themselves have a genuine desire to be trained and supported to work within the Commercial and Business Finance industry and who wish to develop a viable, sustainable and profitable business. All Brokerplan Partners will earn industry leading commissions and enjoy a level of Business Support which we believe is unmatched in the UK Commercial Finance Industry.
We offer 3 different Brokerplan Package options designed to suit the business objectives and aspirations of selected Partners and more detail on each is provided on our Business Package Options pages. Investment costs required to set up and launch your business are very modest starting at under £3,000 . The investment level is set to cover the actual costs incurred in training and enabling Partners to commence business and indeed on two of the Business Packages offered , the Brokerplan Partner and Brokerplan Associate Financial Consultant Programmes, we fully and contractually refunded this fee to the Partner as you become active and generating new business.
There are no monthly management fees or license renewal charges to pay other than from the second year of operation onwards when we levy a very modest quarterly Business Support Fee - currently set at £125 per quarter, to cover fixed costs such as Business Development Support , Web Site and e-mail hosting , e-mail marketing platform, technical support etc. We genuinely believe that for serious applicants who are committed to generating new business this offers a ' risk free - high potential ' proposition.
