Brokerplan Business Package Options
We appreciate that individuals wishing to take advantage of this exceptional market opportunity will have differing requirements, investment levels and ongoing business objectives and we have therefore developed three different 'standard' package options with an overview on each of these given below. We will however make every effort to customise a working package to meet your exact requirements once we have the opportunity to discuss your business objectives with you and this includes a contractual agreement to migrate from a selected Business Package to another at an agreed future date.

The Brokerplan Business Owner programme is designed to enable you to quickly establish your own , wholly independent, home based Commercial Finance practice. We provide comprehensive training both in the classroom and at your business location plus business set up, marketing and ongoing support for as long as is needed. The intent of the Business Owner Package is that you ultimately become wholly self sufficient in running your own Commercial Finance Practice.
This extensive Business Owner package includes everything needed to launch your business immediately after completing initial training, we provide practical business support and executive mentorship for the life of the business and access to our active Partner Lender directory which includes over 200 UK based funders to meet the needs of your clients.
A key element of this package is that once you are confidently operating on self-sufficent basis ( 3- 6 months ) you will retain 100% of all fee and commission income generated by your business , during the formative stages of your business launch you will benefit from the supportof our highly experienced Consultant Team who will provide daily underwriting and case management support on a 'Shared Opportunity' basis with an agreed fee split on each case. There are no ongoing management or monthly license fees to pay and only a very modest ( optional ) quarterly business support fee paid from year 2 onwards which is currently set at £125 per quarter.
The required investment for the Brokerplan Business Owner Option is a £15,000 one off fee which covers the full Business Owner Package. Brokerplan Business Owners should budget another £1,000 additional working capital which will be needed to acquire the necessary licenses ( Consumer Credit L:icense / Data Protection etc. ) and some basic home office business equipment needed to launch the business. First year pre-tax profit projections for full time activity as a Brokerplan Business Owner are circa £75,000.

The Brokerplan Business Partner Programme is an opportunity for you to work in a formal Business Partnership with our existing Consultancy team ( White Rose Finance Group ). Upon selecting this option the Partnership would operate either under your own business brand or under the White Rose Finance brand - the choice is yours and we will of course fully discuss with you the pro's and con's of both routes.
Selected Business Partners will be fully trained over 3 full days and will be provided with a comprehensive Marketing , Administration, Back Office and Business Development Support package. You will enjoy a 50% - 60% share of the total fee and commission income on all succesfully closed business cases. The essence of this business proposition is that Partners will , with our team support, develop opportunities which are fully case managed by our head office Consultant team with all ' front end ' client management responsibilities , delivery and follow up of proposals etc. being handled by the Partner.
The required initial investment for the Brokerplan Business Partner Option is £7,995 with an estimated £500 to £1,000 in additional working capital being required dependent on a number of factors. First year income projections as a Brokerplan Business Partner are estimated at circa £40 K - £60 K in fee income and commission payments for a dedicated full time activity .
As a Brokerplan Business Partner your initial investment is fully and contractually refunded to you once active and business is being generated , more details on the refund structure is provided on the Business Partner option page.The Business Partner option requires a one year minimum contractual committment and will be renewed on an annual basis with no license fee renewal costs and only a very modest quarterly business support fee paid from year 2 onwards which is currently set at £125 per quarter.

The Brokerplan Associate Financial Consultant ( AFC ) program is aimed specifically at individuals who wish to work as a fully Trained and Supported Introducer Partner to White Rose Finance Group. Leveraging the full and established resources of our business you would work on either a part time / full time basis with the minimum level of client / case involvement yet with significant earnings potential being generated. This business opportunity is designed to sit comfortably as a valuable source of additional income alongside another business being operated or a salaried occupation .
Appointed AFC's will be fully trained over 2 full days and will be provided with a comprehensive Administration and Business Development support package. This includes a personalised business E-Mail account, access to our Database, CRM and Case Management Systems, dedicated phone numbers and contact forms, listing on our Web Site and access to a comprehensive suite of Marketing and Business Development resources. Authorised Introducers will enjoy a market leading share between 30% and 50% of all fee and commission income generated on the case.
We envisage the AFC route will be highly attractive to other Professional Practices including Accountants, Solicitors, Business Advisors's , Consultants, IFA's, Residential Mortgage Brokers etc. who wish to develop new and valuable revenue streams in the field of Commercial and Business Financial Services.
The required initial investment for the Brokerplan Associate Financial Consultant Option is a modest £2,995 which is fully and contractually refunded to you once you are active and business generating. More details on the refund structure is provided on the AFC option page, we require a one year minimum contractual committment and the agreement will be renewed on an annual rolling contract basis with no further license fee renewal costs and subject only to a modest quarterly business support fee which is currently set at £125 per quarter and becomes payable from year 2 onwards.
