The Brokerplan Business Partner Program is a unique and valuable opportunity for you to work in a fully supported Partnership with our highly experienced Business Development team . We offer this option to a limited number of selected individuals who will have the option to work either under their own brand (established or newly launched ) or who elect to conduct business under the established and highly respected White Rose Finance brand. The route you choose would obviously depend on a number of key factors and we would fully discuss the pro's and con's of each route to establish the best option for you.
Fully Supported Business Partnership
However you choose to engage, Brokerplan Business Partners will work as fully connected and supported Partner members of our team and have direct access to our Business Development and Consultancy resource. You will have full have full ‘back office’ administrative support including professional business web site / hosting services , e-mail accounts , dedicated 0845 phone number, access to our CRM and Case Tracking systems and Marketing Database etc.
Comprehensive Training and Business Support
Brokerplan Business Partners will benefit from a comprehensive 3 day business training program which will cover product familiarisation,underwriting criteria and business development / marketing techniques and practical 'in the field' support to assist your business launch. The Partner will be supported with ongoing Marketing and Business Development initiatives which includes company supported and delivered marketing mail-shots, e-mail marketing, newsletters, press releases etc. all delivered on a regular and ongoing basis. All Partners will have their own state of the art Commercial Finance Web Site provided including web domain name , web hosting , up to 10 E-mail accounts , customised business enquiry forms and ongoing technical support.

Working as Brokerplan Business Partner you will not be limited by traditional Franchise type geographic restrictions on where business can be developed. We believe passionately that Partners should be able to fully leverage their own existing business and professional contacts to maximise the opportunity and a territorial restriction would certainly be counter productive to this objective. Business Partners will enjoy an industry leading commission and fee income agreement providing a minimum of 50% of all fee and commission income generated on the case with accelerators up to a 60% share once business targets have been achieved in an agreed business period.

Over the next 18 months we intend to recruit a limited number of Business Partners throughout the UK such to ensure that we maintain the highest quality of ongoing support to our Partner community yet capitalising on the significant market opportunity for expansion that exists.
Brokerplan Business Partner Programme - Your Investment
The Brokerplan Business Partner program will require you to make an initial 'one off' investment of £7,995. This fee covers our costs to deliver all the elements of the Partner business package as detailed herein and listed in the Package Comparison Chart . The Partner fee is payable a minimum of 3 weeks prior to commencement of partner training to enable us to ensure all aspects of the program are fully completed such that your business is ready for launch immediately upon completion of initial training.
The Partner Fee paid is fully and contractually refunded to you on an incremental basis against qualifying business cases. A qualifying business case is defined as a case with net fee income of £1500 or above, any business cases falling below this threshold will be ‘banked’ and added to subsequent non-qualifying contracts until the £1500 threshold is met. Incremental refunds of the Partner fee are made in addition to standard commission and fee income payments.
Fee Reimbursement Policy
The incremental refund of the Business Partner fee is increased the larger the total net fee income from any introduced business contract. Details of the incremental refunds are as follows :
- Total Net Fee Income from £1,500 to £3,500 = An incremental refund equivalent to 1/30 of the Partner Fee ( £267 of the Partner Fee is reimbursed )
- Total Net Fee Income from £3,500 to £7,500 = An incremental refund equivalent to 1/20 of the AFC Partner Fee ( £400 of the Partner Fee is reimbursed )
- Total Net Fee Income from £7,500 to £12,500 = An incremental refund equivalent to 1/15 of the AFC Partner Fee ( £533 of the Partner Fee is reimbursed )
- Total Net Fee Income £12,500 to £20,000 = An incremental refund equivalent to 1/10 of the AFC Partner Fee ( £800 of the Partner Fee is reimbursed )
- Total Net Fee Income £20,000 and above = An incremental refund equivalent to 1/5 of the AFC Partner Fee ( £1600 of the Partner Fee is reimbursed )
Brokerplan Business Partner Contractual Requirements
Brokerplan Business Partners will be required to contract for a minimum 12 month period, the contract being renewed annually thereafter at no additional cost to the Partner other than the payment of a modest quarterly Business Support Fee which is currently set at £125 per quarter. Should the Business Partner wish to terminate the agreement beyond the initial 12 month contract then, under the terms of the Partner agreement, a minimum one month notice period is required.
