The Brokerplan Associate Financial Consultant (AFC) program is designed for individuals who wish to work as fully trained and supported Introducer Partners to White Rose Finance Group. This unique opportunity offers a low cost , risk free entry in to the field of Commercial and Business Finance with a Professional and fully Comprehensive suite of Training and Business Development support services delivered as standard. We deliver innovative and ground breaking Commercial Finance services to a broad range of SME clients and since formation we have served over 9,000 clients throughout the UK.

We work at a senior level with over 200 Partner Lenders across all product sets and the Brokerplan Associate Financial Consultant Program provides you an opportunity to 'fast track' in to this business leveraging the significant Intellectual Property we possess and the expertise we have built within our business.

Fee and Commisison income can be very substantial even for many 'average ' Commercial Finance projects and for any ambitious , serious and committed individual taking up this opportunity we confidently predict a very fast return on investment (ROI) on the first or second Commercial case completed. Many of the cases we regularly handle will offer a mutliple ROI from a single project.

The AFC program is designed to be worked on either a full time or part time basis and can comfortably and efficiently sit alongside another business being operated or a salaried occupation as a valuable source of additional income.

Dependent on the amount of time you have to devote to the business you will have access to an extensive range of Marketing / Business Development Support Services and Lead Generation Resources to help you target and contact clients and stimulate new business.

Once an opportunity is identified you will simply hand over the project to your 'Head Office Specialist Team' to work through the underwriting process to case closure with no further ongoing involvement or investment of time on your part.This straightforward process means that you can run this business very effectively alongside any other day to day business or occupational commitments you may have at the same time opening up some very serious income potential.

Our highly experienced Consultant Team will swiftly qualify and progress the opportunity and via a fully automated Case Management System we will keep you fully informed of progress throughout the underwriting process towards case closure.Of course if you do wish to maintain an active involvement in the case once in progress that is perfectly OK.Once the case has successfully closed we pay you an industry leading rate of commission directly in to your nominated bank account within 24 hours - it's as simple as that !

Comprehensive Training and Business Development Support

You will benefit from a comprehensive 2 day Residential Business Training Course and issued with a Business Support and Operations Manual which will cover product familiarization, underwriting criteria and business development / marketing techniques. The Associate will be supported with access to Marketing, Administration and Business Development services which include the provision of an initial supply of Business Cards, Product Brochures and Collaterals, Company supported Marketing Mail-shots, E-mail Marketing, Newsletters, Press Releases etc. all delivered on a regular and ongoing basis.

The AFC will have a unique and personalised listing on the Company main web site under an allocated sub domain . The listing on the web site will include full Associate profile and biography will include a full suite of business enquiry forms, RSS news feed, newsletter sign up etc. The web site listing will be provided to the Associate for the life of the agreement on a licensed and fully maintained basis. The license agreement will include the provision of professional web hosting and a standard business E-mail address from the company web domain.

Unlimited Business Potential and Industry Leading Commission and Fee Income

Working as a licenses and fully accredited Brokerplan Associate you will not be limited by traditional Franchise type geographic restrictions on where business can be developed. We believe passionately that all our Partners should be able to fully leverage their own existing business and professional contacts to maximise the opportunity and a territorial restriction would certainly be counter productive to this objective. Appointed Associates will enjoy an industry leading commission and fee income agreement providing a minimum level of 30% of ALL fee and commission income generated on the case with accelerators up to a 50% share once very modest business targets have been achieved in an agreed business period.

Flexible Working Arrangement

The AFC option offers the Partner the ability to identify and hand over a business opportunity with no ongoing involvement in the case and still enjoy a significant share of fee and commission income generated.

Brokerplan Associate Financial Consultant Program - Your Investment

The Brokerplan AFC program requires an initial one off investment of £2,995. This fee covers our costs to provide all the elements of the business package as detailed herein and listed in the Package Comparison Chart . The fee is payable a minimum of 3 weeks prior to commencement of initial business training to enable us to ensure all aspects of the program are fully completed such that your business is ready for launch immediately upon compeltion of training.

The Fee paid is fully and contractually refunded to you on an incremental basis against qualifying business cases. A qualifying business case is defined as a case with net fee income of £1500 or above, any business cases falling below this threshold will be ‘banked’ and added to subsequent non-qualifying contracts until the £1500 threshold is met. Incremental refunds of the Associate Financial Consultant (AFC) fee are made in addition to standard commission and fee income payments.

Brokerplan Associate Financial Consultant Program - Fee Reimbursement Policy

The incremental refund of the AFC fee is increased the larger the total net fee income from any introduced business contract. Details of the incremental refunds are as follows :

Total Net Fee Income from £1,500 to £3,500 = An incremental refund equivalent to 1/30 of the Fee ( £100 of the AFC Fee is reimbursed )
Total Net Fee Income from £3,500 to £7,500 = An incremental refund equivalent to 1/20 of the Fee ( £150 of the AFC Fee is reimbursed )
Total Net Fee Income from £7,500 to £12,500 = An incremental refund equivalent to 1/15 of the Fee ( £300 of the AFC Fee is reimbursed )
Total Net Fee Income £12,500 to £20,000 = An incremental refund equivalent to 1/10 of the Fee ( £300 of the AFC Fee is reimbursed )
Total Net Fee Income of £20,000 and above = An incremental refund equivalent to 1/5 of the Fee ( £600 of the AFC Fee is reimbursed )

Brokerplan Associate Financial Consultant Program - Contractual Requirements

Brokerplan AFC's will be required to contract for a minimum 12 month period, the contract being renewed annually ona rolling basis thereafter at no further renewal feee other than the payment of a modest quarterly Business Support Fee. This is currently set at £125 per quarter and payable in advance. Should the Associate wish to terminate the agreement beyond the initial 12 month contract then, under the terms of the agreement, a minimum one month notice period is requested. Subject to the payment of the appropriate fee differential an Associate can migrate from the AFC package to either the Brokerplan Business Partner Package or the Brokerplan Business Owner package at any future time.
