Year 1 Business Projections
Crucial to any new business is to have a viable and achievable first year business plan which sets direction and focus as you get your business underway. Fee and Commission Income
The fee and commission revenues earned from each of the Core Products will differ and will largely be dependent on the individual circumstances of the case and the amount of funding required. Your first year business plan will be structured to achieve earnings in the shortest possible timeframe ( revenues generated from month 2 onwards ) and is based on average fee income generated across the entire core product range.
To give some guidance the average revenue income to you, as a Brokerplan Business Owner, from a typical Commercial Finance case will be in the range £2,000 to £8,000 dependent on the project with some cases achieving £25K + in fee income. See Case Studies
Net Profit Projections
As with any business venture the personal returns are of course relative to effort and commitment applied and Brokerplan cannot guarantee any level of business income. For Business Planning purposes we assume all Brokerplan Business Owners will be working full time within their business initially as a single operator and will follow the recommended business development strategies. On this basis the business plan is geared towards delivering a projected pre-tax Profit figure of £75,000 in the first full year following business launch rising to £100,000 net profit in year 2.
