We provide you a dedicated Business Support Manager available during business hours to discuss all new business opportunities and to provide support, advice and guidance on underwriting your cases and how the opportunity can be quickly submitted for underwriting approval.

Your Business Support Manager and his team will provide ongoing product training and business updates as necessary and will help plan and deliver a Professional Business Marketing and Lead Generation campaign as detailed below.

'Brokerplan Marketing Services' are available to all Partners to ensure that business opportunities are generated quickly and efficiently once you have completed training and your business is launched. The Marketing and Business Development Plan will be customised to meet your exact needs and includes the following as standard options :

Brokerplan Business Owner Package - Shared Opportunity Support

In the early stages of the development of your new business as a Brokerplan Business Owner, and in addition to normal business support provided, we offer you the option of a Shared Opportunity Support service (SOS). The business case you are dealing with may be complex, outside of your comfort level and you may feel you require guidance to underwrite the opportunity and see the case through to full completion. In such situations our experienced underwriting team will fully mange the case on your behalf allowing you to learn and benefit from their experience in each step of the process.

In should be stressed that in all SOS cases you retain ownership of the client relationship throughout the entire process but have the added benefit of the Brokerplan team working and supporting you as your Specialist Partner. In all SOS cases the net fee income from the case would be split between you and Brokerplan on an agreed basis, generally 50:50.

1:1 Executive Business Mentorship

All Brokerplan Packages offer Personal Business Mentorship for the life of the business relationship. For Brokerplan Business Owners includes a period of 2 full days of dedicated 1: 1 support at your own business location generally within 6 weeks from completion of initial training and business launch. This will help to ensure that your business gains the necessary momentum right from the start and will greatly assist in dealing with the normal issues encountered on business start up.

Mentorship will be provided by an experienced Senior Management member of our team who will give guidance on all aspects of establishing and building your business. Particular emphasis will be focussed on new Business Development, Opportunity Management, Case Underwriting and building strong strategic relationships with Lender Partners.
